About this role
This company is a market leader in building solutions globally and due to continued growth, the NZ team are seeking a well-networked Business Development Manager to increase sales in Auckland Career progression and a strong team culture are key for the company.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients & distributors
Regular face to face selling/distributor representation throughout Auckland
Strengthen business growth and identify additional target markets, customers and potential new product lines
Achieve sales targets consistently
Travel when required to maintain strong relationships
Skills and Experience
Previous experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry (walls, ceilings, power tools) is highly desirable.
Strong key account & business development track record
Exceptional presentation and communication skills
Have a passion to aggressively grow a business & build a new branch from the ground up
Well presented, high level client and customer service skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to work autonomously and in a team
