Job Summary

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager / Estimator to join our team, specializing in commercial drywall projects across the metropolitan area of Georgia. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both preconstruction estimating and project execution
, with strong proficiency in Quick Bid
, On-Screen Takeoff (OST), and Procore
.

This is a dual‑role position offering the opportunity to manage projects from bid to closeout
, ensuring accuracy in takeoffs and estimates while overseeing day‑to‑day project operations in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed digital takeoffs using OST for metal framing, drywall, taping, and related scopes
• Build competitive estimates and proposals using Quick Bid
• Manage project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and communication through Procore
• Attend site walks, pre‑bid meetings, and project kick‑offs
• Coordinate with field personnel, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality standards from start to finish
• Collaborate with clients and general contractors to maintain relationships and resolve issues

Qualifications:

• 1–5+ years of experience in commercial drywall estimating and/or project management
• Proficient in Quick Bid
  , On‑Screen Takeoff (OST), and Procore
• Strong understanding of drywall systems, acoustical ceilings, framing, and insulation
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision
• Based in or willing to travel within Georgia
