The Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing financial planning, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support strategic business decisions. This role partners closely with leadership and operational teams to improve financial performance, ensure accuracy of financial reporting, and drive process improvements across the organization. Treasury operations experience is a big plus!
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports
- Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
- Perform variance analysis and explain key drivers impacting business results
- Manage month‑end close activities and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and operational decisions
- Partner cross‑functionally with operations, accounting, and executive leadership teams
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and working capital management
- Improve financial processes, reporting efficiency, and internal controls
- Support audits, tax filings, and compliance requirements
- Assist with KPI development and operational reporting
- Mentor and develop accounting and finance staff as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
- Treasury operations experience is a big plus!
- 5+ years of progressive finance or accounting experience
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and GAAP
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and financial modeling
- Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience in multi‑entity or multi‑location environments
- Background in FP&A, operational finance, or corporate accounting
- Experience working with private equity‑backed or high‑growth companies
- Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools
