Finance (Cost Management) Treasury Specialist WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Oversee cash management, including daily cash positioning, cash forecasting, and liquidity management to optimize the company's cash resources.
• Manage the company's investment portfolio, including the selection of investments, monitoring of investment performance, and managing investment risk.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and policies, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and counter party risk.
• Liaise with banks and financial institutions to negotiate favorable terms for credit facilities, banking services, and financing arrangements.
• Prepare and analyze periodic treasury reports, including cash flow forecasts, investment performance, and risk management metrics for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and procedures related to treasury activities.
• Collaborate with various departments, including finance, tax, legal, and operations, to optimize treasury processes and support strategic initiatives.
• Stay informed of market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory changes to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
• Support financial audits and provide necessary documentation and information related to treasury activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and financial reporting requirements, as well as treasury management best practices.
• Proven experience in cash flow forecasting, financial risk management, and maintaining banking relationships.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross‑functional teams and communicate complex financial matters to non‑finance professionals.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high‑performing team.
• Proficient in financial systems and software, including ERP systems, treasury management systems, and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Travel Requirement:
  Domestic / International travel required.

• While in Office:
  This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include: occasional lifting of office supplies (up to 15 pounds), frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and handling documents, ability to sit, stand, and walk within the office environment as needed.
• When in the Production Area (if applicable):
  Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended durations; repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials and products (up to 25–30 pounds); manual dexterity for handling power tools, machinery, or production equipment; working in environments that may be noisy, hot, or require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE); ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely and effectively;
  
  capability to learn and work on multiple production processes, as required; adequate visual and auditory abilities to identify safety hazards and communicate clearly; consistent and punctual attendance; ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a team‑oriented environment.
