Plant Operator (Open)

Location:

Augusta, GA

• Perform the daily loading, weighing, and packaging of dry ice products into various containers (blocks, pellets, slices) based on customer orders.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet the company’s strict quality standards regarding weight, density, and packaging integrity.
• Operate production machinery and material handling equipment (such as forklifts or pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate logging of production numbers, shipping manifests, and inventory usage.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility to ensure a safe working environment.

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio, commissions, proportions, and percent.
• Preferred:
  One (1) year experience in a production/manufacturing environment.
