The Global Rotational Training Program (GRTP) is a multi-year, structured development program designed for motivated students and recent graduates interested in advanced manufacturing, engineering, and operations. This program combines hands‑on technical training, cross‑departmental rotations, and international experience to prepare participants for long‑term careers within a global manufacturing organization.

Participants rotate through key functional areas such as production, quality, and operations to gain a full understanding of manufacturing processes, continuous improvement methods, and quality standards. A core component of the program includes extended training at our headquarters in Germany, where participants learn global processes, technical standards, and leadership practices directly from our international teams.
