** What You'll Be Doing
*** Operate and monitor plant equipment to ensure efficient production processes
* Inspect systems and materials to maintain product quality and consistency
* Perform routine maintenance and report equipment issues promptly
* Adjust controls and settings to optimize plant performance
* Follow safety procedures and support a culture of operational excellence
** What Are We Looking For
*** Ability to safely operate and monitor industrial plant equipment
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and performance
* Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting capability
* Commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $22.00 to $28.75 per hour
