Position OverviewAs a Golf Pro Shop/Retail Attendant, you’ll play an important role in delivering exceptional service to resort guests and golf patrons. From assisting with merchandise and tee times to creating a welcoming atmosphere in the Pro Shop, you’ll help ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.
What You’ll Do- Welcome guests with friendly, professional service
- Assist customers with merchandise selection and purchases
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system
- Answer phone calls and schedule tee times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked retail area
- Share information about the golf course, resort amenities, and services
- Monitor inventory and restock merchandise as needed
- Support daily Pro Shop operations while upholding company standards
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
- Knowledge of golf equipment and etiquette is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and cash-handling skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
