Neighborhood Sales Representative

Position Summary

The Neighborhood Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities by building relationships with homeowners and creating awareness of Southern Exteriors' products and services. This role involves canvassing neighborhoods, engaging directly with homeowners, identifying potential project opportunities, and setting qualified appointments for the sales team. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, persistence, and a customer-focused approach.

• Canvass designated neighborhoods to introduce homeowners to Southern Exteriors and its services.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule appointments for in-home consultations.
• Build rapport with homeowners through professional and friendly interactions.
• Educate potential customers on roofing, siding, windows, doors, gutters, and other home exterior solutions.
• Track daily activity, leads, and appointments in company CRM systems.
• Follow up with prospective customers as directed.
• Represent the company professionally at all times in the community.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales development activities.
• Assist with neighborhood marketing initiatives, community events, and referral programs.
• Maintain knowledge of company products, services, promotions, and financing options.
• Meet or exceed established lead generation and appointment-setting goals.
• Provide market feedback regarding competitor activity, customer needs, and neighborhood trends
