Why This Role MattersAs a Maintenance Technician, you’ll be a key player in delivering a top-notch resident experience. Your work directly impacts how our communities look, feel, and function every single day.
What You’ll Be Doing- Providing outstanding customer service to residents and teammates
- Handling day-to-day maintenance including painting, plumbing, electrical fixtures, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
- Responding quickly and professionally to service requests
- Ensuring apartments are safe, functional, and move-in ready
- Working with vendors on specialized projects like landscaping and asphalt repairs
- Keeping tools, equipment, and work areas safe and organized
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical systems
- A positive, proactive attitude and strong work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset with solid communication skills
- 1+ year of maintenance experience (multifamily preferred)
- Certifications (HVAC, EPA, CPO) are a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
