Full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers

• Average $90,000 annually
• Driver referral bonus program up to $5,000 per referral

• Travel regionally to various locations as needed
• Perform multi‑stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
• Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered

• Dispatch times vary depending on work assignment
• Drivers travel to assigned location and work from there for the duration of the assignment

• Valid Class A CDL required; applicant must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
• Must hold, or be able to obtain, a non‑exempt interstate DOT medical card
• 1 year of documented tractor‑trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years, required
• 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
• English language proficiency required to be compliant with federal law (49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2))
• Must be able to work the required schedule, work at the specific location, complete the Penske employment application, and submit to a background investigation (including employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening
• Role regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive; requires constant alertness and safe conduct, and ability to accept responsibility for own safety and that of others

The associate must be able to see and hear. Specific vision abilities required include close, distance, peripheral, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

The associate must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs/23 kg and may occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs/45 kg.

The associate must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle and the rear cargo area.
