Job Description

Small historical roofing company looking for help with managing the office duties with owner. Must be self motivated individual. Must have strong computer skills and be willing to learn, take on more responsibility with time, and grow with the company. An individual that can multitask and be organized. Help with logistics of running a roofing company and want to part of preserving historical homes in Denver. Must be able to use quickbooks online, tsheets, and excel for spread sheets.

Duties include:

Data entry

Profit and loss for each job

Payroll

Reconcile accounts

Inventory

Orders for job materials

Pull permits thru city of Denver

Track hours for employees and help with TSheets

Answering phones

Getting prices and locating materials for jobs

Bank deposits

Registration, tags, and insurance for company trucks

Paying bills online

Tracking materials on jobs

Answer the office phone

Clean Office and personal work space

W-2 and 1099

Month end reports

Down load photos and help with web site

Help wih online presence with facebook, web site, and Yelp

Insurance certificate for homeowners

Must show up on time without excuses.
