Shifts available:

Sun - Thurs: (Third Shift) - 11PM - 7 AM

General Cleaners Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

* Floor Stripping & Refinishing:
Execute complete VCT stripping procedures by applying chemical strippers, removing old wax build-up, neutralizing the floor, and preparing surfaces for refinishing.

Waxing & Sealing:
Apply multiple, even coats of floor finish/wax and sealers according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

Requirements:

* Experience with cleaning commercial buildings a plus, but not required

* Must have the ability to work with other crew members

* Must be able to listen to customer requests and follow supervisor instructions

* Must have reliable transportation
