As an RN, you will:

• Assess patient needs and revise care plans to ensure optimal care.
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Deliver quality nursing care through interpersonal contact, helping patients achieve their highest practicable well-being.
• Evaluate patient conditions through ongoing assessments and adjust care plans as necessary.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A nursing diploma (associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing).
• An active RN license in good standing in your state.
• At least one year of skilled nursing experience (preferred).
• CPR certification upon hire, with the ability to maintain it throughout your employment.
