THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION (9 MONTHS OR LESS) - PAYING $20.00 PER HOUR. EMPLOYMENT STARTS 4/27/2026 THROUGH 1/27/2026.
Job ResponsibilitiesAssist the Terrestrial Data Manager with tasks related to Wildlife Tracker and Mandatory Reporting.
- Location and mortality data validation related to active and historic collar projects
- Supporting field staff
- Developing and testing new methods for data collection for mandatory report species
- Big game data validation
Other tasks as assigned
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willingness to learn and work with limited supervision
- Remote work locations are allowed, but must be willing to commute to Denver for limited in‑person projects
- Preference will be given to applicants with experience with R, SQL, and relational databases
