Terrestrial Data Manager Assistant – Denver

THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION (9 MONTHS OR LESS) - PAYING $20.00 PER HOUR. EMPLOYMENT STARTS 4/27/2026 THROUGH 1/27/2026.

Assist the Terrestrial Data Manager with tasks related to Wildlife Tracker and Mandatory Reporting.

• Location and mortality data validation related to active and historic collar projects
• Supporting field staff
• Developing and testing new methods for data collection for mandatory report species
• Big game data validation
  
  Other tasks as assigned

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Willingness to learn and work with limited supervision
• Remote work locations are allowed, but must be willing to commute to Denver for limited in‑person projects
• Preference will be given to applicants with experience with R, SQL, and relational databases
