Account ExecutiveSoftware Customer Experience – B2B Client relationship builder – SaaS – Software – Remote Account Executive role for an experienced commercial professional with fantastic communication skills who can nurture and build strong customer relationships.

Manage a variety of accounts from SMEs to enterprise – accounts worth $8k to $2million.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a variety of accounts worth $8k - $2m across healthcare, retail, hospitality, and finance.
  • Ensuring retention of accounts by securing renewals.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and ensuring strong, long-term client relationships with C-Suite.
  • Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Cross, upsell and find opportunities for growth within your accounts.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and ensure all necessary reporting is completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or growth.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 3 - 5 years’ experience in an Account Executive role with tech / SaaS / marketing.
  • Remote but based with eastern time zone.
  • Proactive, switched on with initiative.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Strong communicator who can handle objections.
  • Polished, professional with strong relationship building skills.
  • Ability to create killer presentations to deliver to clients.
