Manage a variety of accounts from SMEs to enterprise – accounts worth $8k to $2million.

Responsibilities:
- Managing a variety of accounts worth $8k - $2m across healthcare, retail, hospitality, and finance.
- Ensuring retention of accounts by securing renewals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and ensuring strong, long-term client relationships with C-Suite.
- Actively engage with clients to understand their needs, goals, and challenges.
- Cross, upsell and find opportunities for growth within your accounts.
- Conduct regular account reviews and ensure all necessary reporting is completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor account performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement or growth.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in an Account Executive role with tech / SaaS / marketing.
- Remote but based with eastern time zone.
- Proactive, switched on with initiative.
- Detail oriented and highly organized.
- Strong communicator who can handle objections.
- Polished, professional with strong relationship building skills.
- Ability to create killer presentations to deliver to clients.
