CDL A Transit Driver

In this position, you will be transporting loaded and empty trailers from GFS Distribution Centers or from point-to-point via night transit. Night shifts mean you'll be home every day, and there's no touch freight required. Feel safe and secure at a company that values and respects you.

Doubles endorsement required.

Location: 1560 Aurora Ave., Aurora, IL

Schedule: Sunday-Thursday. Start time between 5-9pm & work until finished. Drivers finish on average between 4-6am.

Pay: Paid per day + trip and trailer pay. Our transit drivers average $90-$100k per year.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Class A CDL License with 1 year of driving experience.
• Doubles (T) endorsement required.
• Successfully pass a drug test that assesses drug usage (including marijuana) and a background check.
• Clean driving record; as required by DOT and Gordon Food Service standards.
• Registration through the Department of Transportation Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse and electronic consent required.
