Job Description

Responsible for assisting client managers with everyday duties, including but not limited to:

* QuickBooks check writing, a/r, a/p, bank reconciliations, deposits

* Filing and general office duties

* Daily delivery of mail to post office

* Work directly with Client Managers and Owners

* Various administrative duties

Qualifications, Experience & Education:

* Proficient with QuickBooks, Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel

* Accounting and bookkeeping knowledge required

* Excellent communication, confidentiality, and time management skills

* 3-5 years’ experience in related field

* College education preferred but not required
