THE ROLE:

Drive the future of technology by leading global sourcing for board components. In this role, you'll own commercial strategy, pricing, and supply for critical semiconductor commodities. Partner with engineering, quality, operations, and finance to deliver innovative supply chain solutions from NPI through mass production. You will develop and execute category strategies aligned with business objectives, driving total cost of ownership (TCO) reductions and long-term value through competitive sourcing events, RFx processes, and strategic supplier selection.

Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate key agreements, and implement long-term strategies for cost, quality, and service while ensuring supply continuity and scalability. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize end-to-end supply chain performance, support demand forecasting, and proactively identify risks and opportunities. THE PERSON:
You are an experienced sourcing manager who builds trusted partnerships across engineering, operations, finance, quality, and supplier leadership, and you use that influence to shapem commodity strategies that secure cutting-edge technology, competitive pricing, uncompromising quality, and resilient supply. You communicate crisply with executives-grounding recommendations in data and compelling narrative-while using analytics and KPIs to identify cost opportunities, drive performance improvements, and support strategic decision-making.

You proactively mitigate risks across the value chain, including supply disruptions, geopolitical exposure, and supplier dependencies, and provide clear recommendations to leadership. You thrive in ambiguity and turn complexity into clarity. You excel at cross-functional collaboration, aligning sourcing strategies with business objectives, supporting make-vs-buy decisions, capital planning, and executive-level reporting. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead global commodity and category strategy for Instinct platform components, aligning with product and technology roadmaps Develop and execute category strategies to drive total cost of ownership (TCO), optimization and long-term value Lead competitive sourcing events, RFx processes, supplier evaluation, and selection decisions Manage strategic supplier relationships, including qualification, onboarding, performance management, and continuous improvement programs Negotiate pricing, lead-time, and quality agreements to achieve cost competitiveness and supply assurance Drive cost-saving initiatives through should-cost analysis, value engineering, and long-term agreements Ensure supply readiness for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Mass Production (MP) programs Analyze end-to-end supply chain performance using spend analytics and KPIs to identify cost optimization opportunities and track supplier performance Support demand forecasting, inventory planning, and capacity alignment in partnership with cross-functional teams Evaluate supplier performance and conduct periodic business reviews to drive continuous improvement Onboard new…
