Senior Project Manager – Commercial Data Center Construction

Our client is hiring a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial data center construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for ensuring projects meet all requirements for quality, budget, schedule, safety, and client expectations.

This role is ideal for a proven construction leader who thrives in complex, high-value builds and has extensive experience managing data center construction.

• Plan, direct, and coordinate construction projects from inception through completion
• Lead the bidding process: distribute documents, manage bidder questions, and issue addenda
• Evaluate bids, negotiate contracts, and select subcontractors and vendors
• Develop schedules, cost projections, and material sourcing plans
• Oversee the full construction lifecycle and manage daily site operations
• Coordinate trades, contractors, and construction teams to ensure smooth execution
• Monitor project schedule, budget performance, and quality standards
• Manage change orders, contract modifications, and risk mitigation
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and licensing requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or related field (preferred)
• 10+ years Project Management experience in commercial construction
• Majority of experience must be in Commercial Data Center construction
• Strong knowledge of construction trades, equipment, and site operations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and complex timelines
• Strong computer skills and documentation discipline
