Turing is looking for candidates who have solid experience in customer service, client relations, or account management within the finance and insurance sectors.

• In this role, you will be working on projects to help evaluate and improve AI using your expertise in financial services and customer communication.
• No prior AI experience is required.
• These projects will help you learn how to leverage AI to enhance customer experience, streamline service workflows, and improve communication quality in finance and insurance operations.

• Design and solve real-world customer interaction and service scenarios to test AI reasoning.
• Write clear, structured solutions and dialogues covering claims assistance, policy inquiries, financial product guidance, and client communication.
• Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, professionalism, empathy, and compliance with financial and insurance standards.

• 4+ years of experience as a Customer Service Representative, Account Specialist, or Client Support professional in the finance or insurance sector.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent English communication and reasoning skills.
• Ability to simplify and explain complex financial or insurance concepts in a clear and professional manner.

• Strong compensation (exact amount varies by project).
• Work in a fully remote environment.
• Engagement type:
  Contractor assignment/freelancer, potentially full-time.
• Duration of projects: approximately 1 month (with possibility for extension).
