Architectural BIM Coordinator - Austin

O’Connell Robertson is seeking an Architectural BIM Coordinator to join the Architectural Team in Austin or San Antonio, Texas. The ideal candidate must thrive in a “team environment” and work collaboratively with our firm’s integrated architects, engineers and interior designers.

• Support project teams to identify and resolve issues related to modeling, documentation, and management of the project
• Expand detail library under guidance of Quality Assurance team
• Support office standards
• Conduct periodic review of project models to ensure optimization of BIM system and utilization
• Conduct/Support IT staff in latest software updates

We’re looking for passionate, driven self-starters. Beyond that, you’ll need…

• Autodesk Revit – 3+ years’ experience
• AutoCAD - 3+ years’ experience
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam preferred
• Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and other BIM-related tools such as Navisworks, Lumion, and Enscape a plus
• Must be quality minded and self‑motivated, with the ability to coordinate multiple, constantly shifting priorities
• Engaging communication style with clients, teams and consultants
