Senior Robotics Field Engineer – Onsite Deployments NA + Shares

An opportunity to work with an innovative robotics company developing next- generation automation solutions for manufacturing and industrial environments. A company on the forefront of robotics revolution, to increase productivity and overcome labor shortages.

This team are looking for a Senior Robotics Field Engineer to lead deployment and commissioning of robotic systems at customer sites across North America. You will play a key part in scaling their solutions and providing technical leadership and support.

• Install and commission robotic automation systems at customer sites
• Lead technical deployment and commissioning of robotic automation systems
• You’ll plan, coordinate and document customer projects, while delivering robust and reliable solutions
• Integrate automation solutions into existing production processes
• Supporting customers during set-up, testing, and troubleshooting using effective automation solutions
• A focus on customer satisfaction, providing comprehensive on-site support and training
• Develop detailed technical documentation, user manuals and operational guides to support customer understanding and effective use of systems

• Background in robotics, automation, mechanical or electrical engineering
• Experience commissioning industrial robotic or automation systems
• Comfortable with regular travel across the US
• Strong problem-solving and customer communication skills
• English fluency, Spanish is a nice to have
• Eligible to work in the US with no visa restrictions

Offices and labs based in Austin, you will be working on site with regular travel across North America.

Salary up to $130,000 + Bonus + Shares + Benefits dependent on experience.
