Fleet Support Engineer

Our client, a leading organization in the autonomous vehicle and transportation industry, is seeking a Fleet Support Engineer to join their team. As a Fleet Support Engineer, you will be part of the Vehicle Development department supporting fleet operations and vehicle reliability. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent collaboration abilities, and meticulous documentation skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Serve as the primary point of contact for real-time escalations related to sensor and fleet issues.

+ Conduct in-depth root cause analysis through comprehensive log review to identify and resolve fleet problems.

+ Develop, update, and maintain troubleshooting guides for technicians, incorporating new fault diagnoses and resolutions.

+ Perform hardware bring-up and validation procedures for new sensor components such as LiDAR, radar, and cameras.

+ Design and implement diagnostic procedures to improve troubleshooting efficiency, focusing on sensor calibration and data integrity.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in transportation, aerospace, or autonomous vehicle sectors, with a focus on perception systems and sensors.

+ Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.

+

Experience with low/high voltage circuits, UDS, and safe troubleshooting practices.

+ Understanding of hardware and software system architecture, communication protocols, and operations support.

+ Ability to interpret schematics, electrical diagrams, and connector pinouts effectively.
