Addison Group is working with an Austin based client who is looking to bring on an IT Administrator-
-Onsite M-F | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM | South Austin
-Assignment Type:
Contract through early August
The ideal candidate will have experience supporting Microsoft environments, Cisco networking infrastructure, and end-user support in a fast-paced operational setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support network infrastructure including switching, routing, wireless, and firewalls
- Administer Cisco Meraki or similar networking environments
- Support Microsoft 365 and Azure connectivity
- Troubleshoot network, systems, and end-user IT issues across multiple sites
- Support desk moves, hardware setup, and day-to-day IT operations
- Maintain DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, and network security controls
- Support warehouse/manufacturing connectivity including printers, scanners, and operational devices
- Monitor network performance and assist with upgrades, maintenance, and documentation
- Provide Tier 2/3 infrastructure and help desk support
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams as needed
The position is eligible for medical, dental, vision and 401k after 60 days.
