The Amazon Web Services Professional Services (Pro Serve) team is seeking a skilled Delivery Consultant to join our team at Amazon Web Services (AWS). In this role, you’ll work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet their technical requirements and business objectives. You’ll be a key player in driving customer success through their cloud journey, providing technical expertise and best practices throughout the project lifecycle.

Possessing a deep understanding of AWS products and services, you will be proficient in architecting complex, scalable, and secure solutions tailored to each customer’s needs. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, assess current infrastructure, and propose effective migration strategies to AWS. As a trusted advisor, you will lead the implementation process, ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing performance, and managing risks throughout the project.

The AWS Professional Services organization is a global team of experts that help customers realize their desired business outcomes when using the AWS Cloud. We work with customer teams and the AWS Partner Network to execute enterprise cloud computing initiatives and provide focused guidance through global specialty practices covering a variety of solutions, technologies, and industries.

It is expected to work from one of the listed locations or on customer sites; this is not a remote position.

• Design and implement complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Share knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.

• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language.
• 3+ years experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) using industry-standard tooling.

• Experience with automation or scripting languages such as Python, Java, Perl, PHP, Ruby, Bash, or Shell.
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards including HIPAA and GDPR.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Experience implementing cloud services, including migrations and modernization projects.
• Experience with AI/ML technologies.
• AWS Professional level certification or Associate’s degree or higher.
• AWS experience with proficiency in a wide range of services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, VPC, Cloud Formation).

The base salary range for this position is $176,600 to $239,000 annually in Mountain View, CA; $176,600 to $239,000 in San Francisco, CA; $153,600 to $207,800 in Denver, CO; $153,600 to $207,800 in Atlanta, GA; $153,600 to $207,800 in Chicago, IL; $169,000 to $228,600 in New York, NY; $153,600 to $207,800 in Austin, TX; $153,600 to $207,800 in Dallas, TX; $153,600 to $207,800 in Herndon, VA;

$153,600 to $207,800 in Bellevue, WA.
