Your ImpactSalesforce Administrator plays a pivotal role in managing and customizing the Salesforce platform to meet the organization's business needs. They are responsible for configuring and maintaining Salesforce, developing custom solutions, and providing technical support to enhance sales and marketing processes.
What You'll Do- Configure, manage, and maintain DISCO’s Salesforce environment, covering Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
- Handle all aspects of user and license management, including new user setup, deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, and sharing rules.
- Implement Salesforce configuration changes, such as workflows, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, and more.
- Manage sandbox environment.
- Identify and gather requirements, translating them into scalable solutions that prioritize exceptional user experiences.
- Identify and address unused or underutilized platform features.
- Communicate any platform changes to end‑users and stakeholders.
- Manage data to enhance Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as necessary.
- Proactively perform system maintenance, including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Checks, and Optimizer.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to DISCO employees.
- Work with integrated applications including Docu Sign and Docu Sign CLM.
- 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Other Salesforce Certifications.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and limitations.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross‑functional teams.
