Commercial Lead, Robotics + Defense GTM

Experience: Senior Level Salary: $90,000 - $200,000 per year

Must-Have

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in robotics, autonomous systems, defense technology, unmanned systems, tactical hardware, or mission‑critical industrial technology
• Currently selling into defense, military, public safety, industrial, oil & gas, critical infrastructure, or hazardous environment markets
• Proven success managing complex technical hardware sales cycles and multimillion‑dollar strategic accounts
• Experience leading pilots, field deployments, operational evaluations, and customer demonstrations in real‑world environments
• Strong understanding of defense procurement, robotics deployments, and government/public sector buying processes
• Ability to work directly with operators, engineers, procurement teams, and executive stakeholders

• Existing network within defense, robotics, autonomous systems, public safety, or industrial safety ecosystems
• Experience with UGVs, defense robotics, autonomy platforms, AI‑enabled field systems, or tactical technologies
• Background within venture‑backed robotics or defense tech startups
• Experience selling integrated hardware/software platforms in highly technical environments
• Familiarity with federal contracting, SBIR/STTR programs, or defense innovation ecosystems
