5 years of experience with Medicaid Claims Processing

5 years of experience in business objectives and problems, and identifying alternative solutions

5 years of experience in reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user requirements, operational procedures, and problems to automate processing and/or to improve existing computer systems

5 years of experience in writing detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop and/or modify a computer program

5 years of experience in cost/benefit analysis of systems and alternatives

5 years of required experience in analyzing and documenting input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reporting.

5 years of experience with Azure Dev Ops and the generation of wireframes

5 years of experience in a high level of sound logic and analytical ability, difficult

5 years of experience in highly developed oral and written communication skills

5 years of experience with a high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees, and elicit work output

Job Responsibility:

Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or to improve existing computer systems:
Confers with personnel of organizational units involved to analyze current operational procedures, identify problems, and learn specific input and output requirements, such as forms of data input, how data is to be summarized, and formats for reports.

Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify a computer program.

Reviews computer system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling limitations to determine if the requested program or program change is possible within the existing system.

Assists in the development of project documentation based on HHSS/DIR requirements.

Assists in the development of online application help.

Conducts requirements gathering with non-technical Subject Matter Experts to understand business process needs and program requirements to create Use Cases, flow charts, acceptance criteria, and other documentation needed for system enhancements.
