Account Coordinators assist Account Leaders with many of the administrative aspects of running our client accounts. This includes managing data within CRM/vendor systems, analyzing and manipulating data, creating dashboards, preparing account financials, managing invoice cycles, and other activities as directed by the Account Leader or in support of the Account Services processes. This is a contract position with a potential opportunity for full-time employment. Account Coordinators allow Account Leaders to spend more time managing Point B client teams, developing critical client relationships and driving the sales process. WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO:Drive client account support functions working with Account LeadersAnalyze account sales and financial data, including project level estimates to completionCreate and maintain financial and sales pipeline dashboardsReconcile and produce client invoices Assist associates in account onboarding / offboarding at the beginning and end of engagementsMonitor time and expense complianceAssist in problem resolution with internal partners and client contactsSchedule and attend team meetings, draft agendas, take notes, and action itemsSupport account meetings by preparing materials, confirming speaking roles, and sending out related communicates before and after the meeting

WHAT WE EXPECT YOU’VE ALREADY DONE:Bachelor's degree preferredExperience in a professional business environment Experience with information analysis preferably with financial or sales dataStrong verbal and written communication skills - including the ability to effectively and professionally communicate in a team and business environmentProficient in all Microsoft Office applicationsComfortable learning new technologies and building reportsExperience with Salesforce preferred Experienced MS Excel user with comfort using formulas, pivot tables and lookupsAbility to identify and communicate issues effectively Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and independentlyAbility to meet and manage deadlines consistentlyStrong interpersonal skills - take a positive approach to the workAbility to work from homeAbility to work non-standard hours monthly to support the month-end close process
