The Opportunity
We are currently looking for an Account Manager to add to our dynamic team.
Responsibilities- Support Sales Account Directors with data reporting & analysis, content management and more for our US and CA shopping brands (Retail Me Not , , and Black Friday websites).
- Interact with a volume of retail partners through calls and email in partnership with the Account Director to build client relationships & grow program success.
- Retrieve data from internal and third‑party systems to analyze program performance, and make strategic growth recommendations in media and rewards (e.g., cash back).
- Support the account team with day‑to‑day management of accounts and work directly with retail partners, networks, and agencies to ensure overall success of client goals.
- Collaborate with the Account Team (Account Director, Media Planner, Merchandiser) to develop and implement strategic solutions that align with merchant partners’ key performance indicators and business goals.
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of optimized campaigns.
- Develop and present strategic client‑facing presentations and decks, assist in crafting compelling emails and preparing Quarterly Business Reviews.
- Make strategic recommendations and identify up‑sell and incremental opportunities that align with campaign strategy.
- Cultivate and sustain strong partnerships with merchants, affiliate networks, and agency collaborators to drive long‑term success and strategic alignment.
- Collaborate with business analytics, finance and account directors to ensure accurate revenue tracking.
- Work cross‑functionally with finance, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment with merchant goals.
- Proven self‑starter with a natural curiosity and solutions‑oriented mindset.
- Real passion for data and adept at using data to identify trends and influence customer decision‑making.
- Enjoy working in a dynamic, results‑driven environment and have a can‑do attitude.
- Desire for future growth and advancement in media sales and customer solutions.
- Affiliate marketing experience is a plus.
- Experience integrating AI solutions into daily operations to improve output is a plus.
2 to 5 years experience in account management, customer/client success, marketing, or project management.
Experienced in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint or Google App equivalents.
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly with decision makers, tailoring talk tracks to varying expertise levels.
Advanced critical thinking, data analysis, and ability to position findings with actionable steps.
Advanced communication, presentation, analytical, and organizational skills.
Proven ability to manage projects in a changing, fast‑paced environment.
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field strongly preferred.

CompensationBase pay range: $55,000 to $65,000. Final compensation is determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, geographic location, and company performance.
