Manage and grow an established spirits territory while developing new account business through cold calling, referrals, and networking. Maintain consistent customer contact and follow‑up to ensure satisfaction and long‑term partnership. Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities. Ensure proper pricing, distribution, and inventory levels across assigned accounts.

Resolve order, delivery, billing, and service‑related issues in a timely and professional manner. Travel daily within the assigned territory to support account needs and sales objectives.

  • Sales Execution
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Present and sell the MBG spirits portfolio using a consultative, solutions‑based selling approach. Execute supplier programs, incentives, and promotional initiatives in alignment with company objectives. Secure and maintain menu listings, cocktail features, and brand visibility within accounts. Coordinate tastings, staff trainings, and brand events to increase product knowledge and advocacy.
