Inside Sales Account Executive

Location:

This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Austin, TX office. ~2 days/week in office.

Start date:

This position starts on Monday, July 13th.

Compensation:
Starting base at $42,500 USD + uncapped commissions and other benefits available

About the role

This is an inside sales role, not a field-based position. You will primarily work from the office, focusing on outbound calling, prospecting, and building a new book of business.

This is a true hunter role where you create your own pipeline. You will be cold calling, targeting new accounts, and generating opportunities from scratch. If you enjoy a fast-paced, competitive environment and the excitement of winning new business, this is a strong fit.

You will work with leading technology partners like Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, and Apple to help clients solve real business challenges.

What you'll do

• Prospect and win new clients through outbound calls and targeted account outreach

• Build and grow your own book of business

• Manage the full sales cycle from first call to close
• Communicate Insight's value to decision-makers

• Stay consistent with daily activity, pipeline, and performance goals

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to stay disciplined in a metrics-driven environment

• Sales experience preferred, but motivated early career talent encouraged
