** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a technology-focused location.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels.

+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.

+ Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required by site procedures, and communicate clearly with staff regarding security-related concerns and/or facility rules.

+ Support day-to-day operations by observing for equipment issues, unsecured entry points, and/or policy violations, then escalating findings to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.

* Minimum Requirements:

*
* + Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
