We’re a locally owned, well-established company with a strong reputation and a full pipeline of work. This is a W-2 employee position with guaranteed hours, no sales responsibilities, and paid weekly

• 30 hours per week guaranteed
• Full schedule provided by our office
• No unpaid gaps or scrambling for work

• Our expert estimator handles nearly all estimates

• $29–$35/hour based on experience and skill level
• Reliable, on-time weekly pay

• Office handles scheduling, customer communication, and billing

• Reliable work vehicle (truck or van)

• Valid driver’s license and proof of active auto insurance
• Dependability and clear communication

• Typical work hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Some flexibility based on your availability and customer needs
