Job Description

As a Senior Java Software Engineer, you will join Insight Global's clients Entitlements Management System (EMS) team as part of their multi-year Software Commercial Infrastructure (CI) transformation program. You will be responsible for building, designing, and integrating back-end software solutions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently during non-overlap hours with the US team.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (flexible based on experience)
• 5+ years of back-end Java development experience
• Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot (multithreading, microservices)
• Basic to strong SQL/Oracle database knowledge
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure Dev Ops
• Agile methodology experience
• Advanced English skills (written and verbal)
• Strong self-learner with problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Salesforce integration experience (optional - not required)
• AWS cloud infrastructure experience
• Docker/Kubernetes experience
• Experience in international or cross-functional environments
