Lead Java Developer

Job Description:
Our Direct Client is seeking an experienced, full-time, on-site, dedicated Candidate, with skills and expertise as described in below requirement.

Responsibilities:
The Lead Java Developer will develop Full-stack Java applications on Client’s cloud (Azure/AWS) platform within an Agile (SCRUM) environment. This is a hands-on role that will provide technical direction to team members in addition to their own development tasks. A successful candidate will have hands-on experience programming Full-Stack Java applications on the industry’s leading open source platforms and cloud-based technologies. Mentorship of junior developers will also be a key requirement of this role.

Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in Java/J2EE Enterprise Development – (Core Java, JDBC, Spring Boot, and Angular, for example). (Required - 8 years)

Experience with SQL. (Required - 5 years)

Experience with Web-based user interface development using Web-Tier frameworks – (Angular, React for example). (Required - 5 years)
Experience in Web services development – (RESTFul Services, for example). (Required - 5 years)
Experience designing enterprise applications and/or services. (Required - 5 years)
Experience creating technical and functional design documentation. (Required - 5 years)
Experience leading enterprise Java development teams. (Required - 5 years)

Experience with in software development using Agile methodology – (Scrum, for example). (Required - 2 years)

Experience with multi-tier system/application development – (SOA, Microservices, 3-Tier applications, for example). (Required - 1 years)
Experience in building, supporting, maintaining, and monitoring mission critical business, applications/systems, running in highly distributed environments. (Required - 1 years)

Experience with Azure. (Preferred - 1 years)

Experience with Cosmos. (Preferred - 1 years)
Experience with Elastic Search. (Preferred - 1 years)
