Customer Advocate

We are looking for experienced customer advocates with at least 2 years of customer-facing experience to work the following schedule: 11:00 am – 9:00 pm, 7 days a week, with rotating days off between weekdays and weekends.

Hourly pay begins at $18.00 and may increase to $20.00 within the first year based on performance. Pay is reviewed at 3 months ($18.50) and 6 months ($19.00). Additional merit increases of $0.50 every 90 days are possible through the Performance‑Based Careers Not Jobs program.

• Deliver vehicles directly to customers' doors using company haulers (commercial license not required; training provided)
• Load and unload vehicles on haulers, perform vehicle inspections for safety and condition
• Complete customer paperwork and enter detailed notes into the tracking system
• Maintain safe driving and a clean driving record in accordance with the CMV Driver Qualification policy
• Obtain a notary commission within the first 90 days (state-sponsored) and satisfy DMV/title/registration system requirements
• Employees in Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri must obtain a chauffeur's license or other state specialty license within two weeks of hire (state-sponsored)
• California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license in the first 90 days (state-sponsored)

• Minimum 2 years of customer-facing experience
• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 50 lb., and standing or walking for 8+ hours in indoor and outdoor conditions, even in extreme weather
• Good written and verbal English proficiency
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• At least 21 years old
• Must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT medical card
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship
