Salary: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour (based on experience)
SummaryPerforms routine maintenance and repair of the residence, maintains the physical appearance of the grounds and building, and ensures that the building is safe and sound. Works with outside contractors as needed, cleans resident rooms and common areas—including vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, polishing, mopping, and disinfecting—discards waste to the proper containers, replaces light bulbs, and assists with general housekeeping and laundry duties as required.

Responsibilities- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Four or more years of maintenance experience required, preferably in the health‑care industry.
- Knowledge of maintenance functions and techniques; OSHA standards; state and local fire codes and other safety regulations required.
- Ability to organize and provide the maintenance needs of the residence and work with outside vendors and contractors.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, stoop, climb, push, and stretch as necessary; moving heavy furniture, equipment, and boxes required.
- HVAC certificate preferred.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of employment required.
