We are now looking for Car Sales Executives to join our successful team at Toyota Ayr. This is a fantastic opportunity for career changers from retail, hospitality or other customer-facing roles who want to turn their people skills into a high-earning, long-term sales career

• £27,000 basic salary with uncapped commission

• Welcoming customers and delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle and finance options
• Arranging and conducting test drives
• Building trust and long-term customer relationships
• Working towards achievable targets with the support of an experienced management team

You’ll engage with customers in-store, online, by phone and by video
, both locally and nationally, so confidence with technology and strong communication skills are essential.

• Have experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or customer-facing sales
• Are confident, motivated and enjoy speaking with people
• Like working towards targets and being rewarded for success
• Want a career where effort and performance are properly recognised
• Hold a
  full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
