Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience with personal computers and software is encouraged. The incumbent should also possess a great deal of assertiveness, self-initiative, and creativity.

This incumbent will determine how to set up their weekly call plan and products to promote based upon customer needs. The incumbent should be able to recommend options to reach a possible resolution of complaints or fulfillment of requests. A basic understanding of product cost and profitability is required in order to determine with special pricing requests and proposals.

This position requires extensive contact with clients and prospective clients. Positive relationships with all company personnel and outside vendors should be developed and maintained.

Incumbent will spend the workday either driving to customer locations or in a climate-controlled offices. They will be exposed to inclement weather (hot and cold temperature, rain, dust, etc). The incumbent will also be walking within an office environment, outside from vehicle to office space, bending, stooping, filing, typing, talking on the phone, etc. On occasion, the incumbent will be required lift or move objects that are between 15 – 25 lbs.
