In this global commercial management and controlling role, you will act as a key business partner to our Sales and Operations teams. You will challenge and support local Commercial Managers and execute controlling tasks at both the global and Swiss levels. Your work will help drive business performance, strengthen commercial processes, and contribute to forecasting and budgeting.
You will report directly to the Global Division Controller & Commercial Manager and collaborate closely with the local Commercial Managers (Switzerland and Asia), the Sales Team, Operations stakeholders, and the Order Processing Team.
Key Responsibilities – Commercial Focus- Partner with local Commercial Managers and the Sales Team, providing support and constructive challenge.
- Offer commercial guidance to Operations stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments and countries.
- Improve forecast accuracy through ongoing refinement initiatives and active participation in the bi‑monthly forecasting cycle.
- Streamline and optimize commercial processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Lead the bid proposal process, including updating commercial terms and coordinating risk reviews with Controlling.
- Support the annual budgeting process.
- Challenge, support, and train Asian countries on controlling topics in partnership with the Global Division Controller.
- Ensure global data quality in SAP BW and train the organization on BW data and reporting standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the controlling organization.
- Support and partially coordinate the global budgeting process at the division level.
- Manage group-level or strategically relevant projects at the division level.
- University degree in Business Administration or a related field (University/FH or equivalent).
- 3–4 years of experience in controlling, sales/commercial support, order processing, or customer service within an international environment.
- Self‑driven personality with strong communication skills and a structured working style.
- Hands‑on, problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and cultures.
- Fluency in English and conversational proficiency in German.
- Experience with SAP (SD and BW modules) and Business Warehouse.
