- Education:

Degree, profession in hotel and/or Tourism.

- Experience:

1 year in hospitality services or in reception

- Skills:

faculty of decision, communicative, leadership; security in itself; handling of complaints; ability to work under pressure, service attitude, responsibility, team work, creativity, hospitality.
- Knowledge: 3 languages (English and Italian, French, German or Spanish, optional), Microsoft, good written and oral English.
- Training:
Introduction to our Resorts, Introduction to the position & hotel training course.
Position Requirements
Your mail role will be to assist guests to exceed their expectations when assisting them, as well as take care of guests complaints, through the
coordination and support of the different departments involved, always providing an excellence service.


- Receive and follow up guest complains.
- Receive check in/out VIP guests; make sure the room assigned receives all VIP amenities and answer to guest expectations. Follow up during stay.
- Coordinate special events, groups and weddings.
- Perform Site Inspections and prepare the report to be sent to the Corporative office.
- Make reservations for the Specialty restaurants.
- Follow up the amenities for honeymoon, VIP and our resorts Vacationers are deliver and set up correctly.
- Give correct information of the internal and external services of the hotel
- Make sure VIP rooms are in excellent conditions.
- Open and close Guest Service Desk as schedule.
- Follow up the procedures by applying the work instructions.
- Create good working relationships with every employee of every department of the hotel in order to keep a good service and promote a good work environment.
- Wear the uniform and name tag correctly.
- Participate in the evening shows.
