We are currently looking for a Dispatcher to join our team serving the Southwest Georgia, Tallahassee, and surrounding areas.
We are looking for an organized, efficient Dispatcher with an eye for detail and a high level of accuracy. The successful Dispatcher is professional and courteous, a skilled multi‑tasker with excellent time management, computer, and communication skills.

- Plumbing knowledge is a plus, but not required.
- Dispatch technicians to service and maintenance calls
- Utilize a courteous and pleasant demeanor to ensure the customer is satisfied and that all needed information is received during the call
- Manage the dispatch board to keep field personnel on move and generating revenue
- Help the field team by taking detailed notes for service calls and entering them into our system
- Get to know your technician’s likes and dislikes, closing ratios, licenses, communication skills and more to help them be successful
- Answer customer questions
- Impact the company's bottom line by problem‑solving and turning frustrated clients into a repeat customer
