We're looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to join Rally Networks! The candidate must have excellent organization skills and be great with internal staff. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an eagerness to succeed, and will enjoy the opportunity to work in a team environment with an organization that values the rural communities we serve. Summary

Under the direct supervision of the VP of HR, the HR Manager will lead our people operations, ensuring that our culture stays healthy and our legal bases are covered. This position will oversee the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding—while acting as a trusted advisor to both leadership and staff. This position requires strong organizational skills, timely and responsive communication with staff, and a self-motivated individual

Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
  • Develop and manage employment pipelines with educational institutions.
  • Assist in the development of employee training programs.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities.
  • Provide support to employees related to company benefits.
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest HR technologies and trends.
  • Other HR related responsibilities as provided by the VP of HR.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent (minimum)
  • 3-4 years of experience in a Human Resources role
  • Ability to think critically and troubleshoot HR issues
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with Google Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
