Responsibilities
As a CNA at East Bay Post Acute, you will play an essential role in supporting residents with daily care and comfort.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to nursing staff
Taking and recording vital signs
Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
Providing compassionate emotional support and companionship
Assisting nurses with patient care and documentation as needed
Qualifications Current California CNA certification required Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced post-acute environment
