Position: Analyst (TechSIGINT) - Junior Level - FULLY CLEARED with POLYGRAPH REQUIRED

TechSIGINT, SEDB, THRESHER, WIRESHARK, ELINT, PROFORMA, MCSAP, MESAP

Due to federal contract requirements, United States citizenship and an active TS/SCI security clearance and polygraph are required for the position.

Required
  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must have TS/SCI clearance w/ active polygraph (Polygraph should be in the last five (05) years).
  • Five (05) years of direct/relevant TechSIGINT experience in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering or aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Mathematics, Communications, or Computer Science fields or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Four (04) years of additional relevant experience on projects with similar processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
    * Relevant experience must be in signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering or aerospace, communications, electronic or industrial systems*
  • Must have experience on a minimum of one (01) of the following legacy TechSIGINT applications: MARTES/FIS-MARTES, CATS, DEL, WEBENGRAFT, FISNET, FISMARKEТ, TEBAG, Packet Swing, STK, DVT, TASMANIA, CHAUEE, REDHAWK, MEERKAT, or ESP.

$105,000 - $127,000 a year

The pay range for this job, with multi-levels, is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
