Overview
ACTIVE SECURITY CLEARANCE AT THE TS/SCI POLYGRAPH LEVEL IS REQUIRED
Seeking a Systems Engineer with strong project management skills to provide the engineering and project management for end-to-end data flows. The successful candidate will elicit and refine requirements, schedule work breakdown to deliverables, document artifacts, and provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows, including transformation into a standard data model. The individual will form good customer relationships and reach out to external customers for requirements and understanding of the data and the data needs of the users.
They will have a good understanding of the customer data flow architecture. They will work as a key contributor in an agile development environment.
Salary: $121,000 - $144,000 base pay, not including discretionary bonus or comprehensive benefits. Actual compensation may vary by location, experience, education, and skill level.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end data flow initiatives, including requirement elicitation, design, and implementation planning.
- Document artifacts and develop roadmaps and schedules for data flow implementations.
- Collaborate with customers and external stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into the data model.
- Operate as a key contributor in an agile development environment.
- Required Skills:
- Working knowledge of data collection and processing through analysis or data flow engineering.
- General understanding of how data is processed and the necessary steps to stand up a new data flow.
- Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus six (6) years of systems engineering experience; OR a High School Diploma or GED plus ten (10) years of general systems engineering experience; OR a Master’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline with four (4) years of systems engineering experience.
