The Product Specialist works with the software team to fulfill day-to-day user requests, coordinate training, conduct software application testing, and assist with system administration for our application. In addition to servicing our user base, this role assists with the documentation of internal processes, application technology, and training materials.

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this entry-level position is $21.63 to $26.44 per hour depending on knowledge and experience. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity. This position is qualified for benefits, which include health, vision, and dental insurance offerings, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Handle day-to-day internal Forge
OS requests sent to our support team including:- Internal user correspondence and management in application (creating and removing users as needed)
- Bug management: investigating, testing, and reporting
- Data imports and integrity requests
- Other small ad hoc requests
- Conduct testing for sprint releases (every other week) including reporting bugs to the developers and providing final approval of solutions
- Assist in establishing an internal and customer training doc library, create and update training documents
- Maintain the standard operating procedures (S.O.P) library – email templates, customer approvals, etc. in collaboration with the Product Team
- Assist in software trainings with internal users on the Forge OS platform
- Assist with demo data upkeep and data entry projects
- High School diploma required; bachelor’s preferred in computer science, user experience, human computer interaction, psychology, sociology or a related discipline
- Exceptionally strong communication and customer-service oriented attitude
- Self-starter with great problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to train users (both technologically adept and novice) on detailed software processes
- Ability to understand software capabilities and write technical training materials
- Ability to effectively communicate how Forge
OS’s software solutions integrate into the customer’s telecommunications landscape - Ability to learn, adapt, and adjust quickly with new feature releases
- Experience with O365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams), Trello, Zoho Projects and Design Software experience a plus, but not required
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Must read, write and speak English fluently and clearly.
