TEKsystems is seeking an End User Support Contractor to provide technical support and maintenance for computer environments. This role involves administration and internal support of computers (Mac/PCs), including helpdesk support, license tracking, and equipment maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in technical support, excellent customer service skills, and proficiency in JIRA, MS Office, and both Windows and macOS systems. The contractor will work on-site 2-3 days a week.
